Pharma Innovation & Strategic Resilience Event

IvCB, Hollandbio and the Netherlands British Chamber of Commerce (NBCC), together with other international Chambers of Commerce, kindly invite you to reserve 29 May 2026 for a sector event on the role of Biotech & Life Sciences innovation in strengthening the strategic and economic resilience of the Netherlands.
The geopolitical landscape has been in significant transition over the past couple of years. Where the COVID-19 crisis made it clear that the Netherlands is dependent on international supply chains during a time of a global crisis, current trends have implications with regards to our dependency on supply chains worldwide for the longer term.
During the event, policymakers, knowledge institutions and industry representatives will discuss:
• Strengthening strategic autonomy in the Biotech & Life Sciences sector;
• Accelerating innovation through improved collaboration between government, science and industry;
• How investment in Biotech & Life Sciences helps ensure access to medicines and prevention, supporting long-term prosperity.
The event will bring together Members of Parliament, senior policymakers, representatives of leading life sciences companies, academic institutions and healthcare innovation leaders. Together, these stakeholders reflect the full spectrum of public and private actors shaping the future of Biotech & Life Sciences innovation.
Participation for DDCC members is free of charge.
