We handle your personal data with reference to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and of course we do not share your personal information with just anyone either.

Your personal data is used by us for arranging activities in the Danish Dutch Chamber of Commerce and to make billing possible. We share your name, title, mailadress and company with the other members of the the Danish Chamber in order to make networking possible. When there is a seminar, networking meeting or event, we will inform the other participants and the host of the event about your name, title, mail and company name.

When you subscribe to an event as a non-member, your name and mail address will be kept in our bookingsystem for one year.

When we have an event, we take photos which we will be used on our homepage and other social medias. You therefore as a participant have to consent to the use of the photos. We do not take close-up photos of members. Please contact us,, if there are any limitations in regard to photos.

We keep information about former members one year after terminate the membership. Please revert on, if you want your records to be deleted immediately.
